At Birdie + JoJo, we’re committed to delivering high-quality, fabulous items you’ll love! 💕If something doesn’t quite meet your expectations, we’re happy to accept returns under the following guidelines:
🗓️ Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order.🔖 Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags and hygiene stickers (if applicable) attached.💸 All approved returns will be refunded as JoJo Cash, credited to your Birdie + JoJo account.
⚠️ Late or incomplete returns:If items are returned after 10 days or without required tags/stickers, a 35% restocking fee will be deducted from any store credit issued.
