At Birdie + JoJo we strive to provide you with high quality items. We are happy to accept returns for items that do not meet your expectations however there are guidelines that we have in place. Items can be returned within 10 days of you receiving the items from Birdie + JoJo but they MUST have original tags and hygiene stickers, if any, attached to them. All refunds will be issued as JoJo cash and deposited into your Birdie + JoJo account. If an item is returned after 10 days and/or they do not have original tags or hygiene stickers attached, there will be a 35% restocking fee deducted from any credit issued to your Birdie + JoJo account. Please note, all sale items, mystery items and anything otherwise stated are NOT refundable and cannot be exchanged.
