Impossible to Ignore Floral Blouse

At Birdie + JoJo we strive to make sure that items are shipped to you in a timely manner. There are a few ways that things can be shipped to you: from our boutique or dropshipped from the vendor. 

From us:
If a vendor is shipping an item to us and then we are shipping it to you, we ask for at least 14 days before the item reaches you. If items are delayed for any reason, we will communicate that with you as soon as we receive notice. If items are pre-orders, we always post an ETA so that you know when to expect it. 

Dropshipping:
Some items you order will come to you directly from the vendor. We ask for at least 10 days before the item reaches you. If items are delayed for any reason, we will communicate that with you as soon as we receive notice. If items are pre-orders, we always post the ETA so that you know when to expect it. 

We pride ourselves in providing quality clothing however we understand that sometimes things occur and an item needs to be returned. If any item needs to be returned to us, we offer a 10 day grace period before a restocking fee is enforced. An item can be returned, with no fees,  up to 10 days from the time you receive it. All items must have the original tags attached or hygiene items intact in order to be returned. All returned items will be refunded as JoJo credit into your Birdie + JoJo account. We do not allow returns on sale items or items that were purchased with credits.
