Some items you order will come to you directly from the vendor. We ask for at least 10 days before the item reaches you. We pride ourselves in providing quality clothing however we understand that sometimes things occur and an item needs to be returned. If any item needs to be returned to us, we offer a 10 day grace period before a restocking fee is enforced. An item can be returned, with no fees,  up to 10 days from the time you receive it. All items must have the original tags attached or hygiene items intact in order to be returned. All returned items will be refunded as JoJo credit into your Birdie + JoJo account. We do not allow returns on sale items or items that were purchased with credits.
