• You can choose Intermittent humidification or continuous humidification. It is easy to operate, press the button: one droplet water or three droplet water choose the mode which you like. One droplet is intermittent humidification mode, three droplet is continuous humidification.

1. The cotton sticks must be fully soaked before your first use, Otherwise, the humidifier cannot spray.

2. If the humidifier is not used for a lont time, soaking is also required before use.

3. The cotton sticks will be dameaged if to use humidification function withour water.

4. In case of no spraying or less spraying，Please check if the two ends of the button stick are in coking state, if so , pleasse change one end or replace the cotton stick.

We pride ourselves in providing quality clothing however we understand that sometimes things occur and an item needs to be returned. If any item needs to be returned to us, we offer a 10 day grace period before a restocking fee is enforced. An item can be returned, with no fees,  up to 10 days from the time you receive it. All items must have the original tags attached or hygiene items intact in order to be returned. All returned items will be refunded as JoJo credit into your Birdie + JoJo account. We do not allow returns on sale items or items that were purchased with credits.
